At REPRESENT, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security ribbons still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original REPRESENT packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
